Well done, Marilyn. I, too, am optimistic and am not wasting my time thinking about the doomsday possibility. This process has been draining and rewarding at the same time. It is possible to be both. I wouldn't have met and gotten to know you and others who have been colleagues and are now friends. That is a major bonus for me. Take care. See you soon when both of us can share our tiredness, relief and joy (hopefully)!

Thanks for being on this journey with me! Will be thinking of you in Western NC tomorrow as people there make one more push to get to the polls. The turnout in WNC during early voting has been so heartening. Take good care!

I love "in the camp of being realistically optimistic and figuring out later what I will do if I'm wrong" -- I have found this posture to be useful in many arenas of my life!

Thanks for all your hard work 💜

Hi Marilyn, I'm attempting to trust in the bulwarks but I'm running out of steam. Your relentless positivity is giving me hope.

Thanks, see you tonight.

I don't think my optimism is a mirage (unlike the red mirage we might see tonight! Be forewarned!), but ...we shall soon find out for certain!

Thank you, Marilyn. You have been a pulsating star organizer, motivating hundreds, maybe thousands? Maybe enough to turn NC blue!
